Flexible Laryngoscopy

A simple, office procedure that allows us to look at the voice box and how it functions.

This gives us vital information about the nerves that supply the voice box.

Does it hurt? No! The vast majority of people say it feels "weird." It's performed by spraying decongestant in the nose and then passing a small, flexible telescope into the back of the nose and looking downward at the voice box. Usually, it takes less than 10 seconds and we can gain a lot of useful information to help plan your care.
